Singapore Visa Services We Handle for Manesar Travellers

Tourist and social visit visa: For holidays, sightseeing and visiting friends or relatives.

Business visit visa: Manesar’s industrial area sends many professionals abroad for supplier meetings, vendor visits, trade events and factory tours. This visa covers meetings, negotiations, conferences and site visits. A Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) from the Singapore company may be needed.

Family and group applications: Every traveller, including infants, needs their own passport. Tell us your group size and we will guide you on the right application.

Visa-free transit check: Some Indian travellers connecting through Singapore may not need a visa. We check your eligibility before you pay for one.

What we do not do: Singapore work passes and student passes are not visit visas, and a consultant cannot arrange them. Employers apply to Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower, so verify any job offer carefully before paying anyone.

  • Keep an employment letter or company registration ready, and make sure your trip details match across documents.
  • Plan your dates early. Business trips are often arranged at short notice, and processing normally takes 3 to 5 working days.

Send us your trip details and TravelOnCall will tell you exactly what to arrange.

Before You Fly: Singapore Entry Rules

A visa does not guarantee entry. Immigration officers at the checkpoint decide admission. Carry a valid passport, enough funds for your stay and, where applicable, a confirmed return or onward ticket.

Visa validity and length of stay are different. The visa shows the period in which you may seek entry. ICA sets your permitted stay at the checkpoint.

Complete the SG Arrival Card. It is free and it is not a visa. Submit it on the official ICA website within 3 days before arrival, with a valid email address. Your e-Pass is sent by email and is not stamped in your passport.

Time your tickets. If you book flights first and the visa is refused or approved for different dates, the loss is yours.

Transiting Through Singapore? You May Not Need a Visa

Indian nationals passing through Singapore to or from a third country may qualify for the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility if they:

  • hold a valid visa or long-term pass for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK or the USA, valid for at least 1 month from the date of entry into Singapore, and
  • have a confirmed onward air, ferry or cruise ticket leaving within 96 hours.

Stays under this facility cannot be extended. Entry is still decided by ICA officers. Send us your itinerary and TravelOnCall will check if you qualify.

Common Reasons for Delay or Refusal

  • Incomplete forms or missing documents
  • Passport with less than 6 months’ validity
  • Photos that do not follow ICA rules
  • Details that do not match across documents
  • Wrong purpose, such as planning to work on a visit visa

Refused applicants do not get the government fee back. That is why we check your file before submitting it.
