Singapore visa agent in Gurgaon — apply the right way...

Singapore Visa Agent in Gurgaon - Apply Correctly the First Time

Indian passport holders have a more difficult time applying for a Singapore visa when compared to other countries. Singapore has visa agents that applicants must go through to submit visa applications. Travel On Call is one of the agents that applicants use in India. Travel On Call handles each step in the visa application. Their services include reviewing documents, completing the required form, submitting the application, and keeping track of the e-Visa application. The electronic visa is sent to applicants after the approval is granted. The visa is not a physical sticker or stamp. Travel On Call also guarantees the e-Visa application is not delayed or rejected due to gaps in documentation.

Why you can't apply for a Singapore visa on your own

There’s a reason that first-time visa applicants are always missing this fact. Indian passport holders cannot submit visa applications directly to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) by visiting any of the embassies, high commissions or consulates in India. Applicants have to either go through an ICA recognized visa agent or submit their applications through an e-Service portal by citizens or Permanent Residents of Singapore. Indian passport holders cannot obtain a visa upon arrival in Singapore. There is no visa-free entry for Indian passport holders either, except for holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports.

01

Not embassy-issued directly

The Singapore High Commission and Consulate-General in India only publish the rules — your application itself must go through a listed agent.

02

Electronic visa, no sticker

Approved applications are issued as a PDF e-Visa linked to your passport number, checked electronically at Changi Airport.

03

Choose your agent carefully

Unauthorised intermediaries can misfile documents or overcharge with no accountability if something goes wrong.

Who this service is for

Most Gurgaon applicants fall into one of these categories, and each has a slightly different document story.

  • ✓ Tourists and holidaymakers — planning Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay, or a Southeast Asia multi-city trip.
  • ✓ Business travellers — attending meetings, conferences, or trade fairs on a corporate itinerary.
  • ✓ Family and social visits — visiting relatives or friends settled in Singapore, often needing a Letter of Introduction (Form V39A).
  • ✓ Frequent flyers to Singapore — applicants building travel history toward a 2-year multiple-entry visa.
  • ✓ Transit passengers — connecting through Changi who may qualify for the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility instead of a full visa.

Documents you'll need

The checklist is short, but every item has to be complete and current — an outdated bank statement is one of the most common reasons an application gets delayed.

Passport

Original, with at least 6 months' validity from your date of entry into Singapore, and at least one blank page.

Photograph

Recent passport-size photo meeting ICA's specifications — plain background, no glasses glare, correct dimensions.

Completed Form 14A

Singapore's standard visa application form, filled with details that match your passport exactly.

Financial proof

Bank statements for the last 3 months and, where asked for, ITR for the last 2 years, showing sufficient funds for your trip.

Travel bookings

Confirmed flight tickets and hotel reservations for your Singapore stay — our air ticket and hotel booking desks can arrange both.

Cover letter / LOI

A short letter explaining your purpose of visit; a Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) if requested for social or business visits.

Which Singapore visa do you need?

Singapore’s Assessment Level I category covers Indian ordinary passport holders across a few visit-based visa types.

Visa typeBest forTypical validityStay per entry
Tourist / Social VisitHolidays, sightseeing30 days to 2 years (multi-entry after repeat trips)Usually up to 30 days
Business VisitMeetings, conferencesSingle or multiple entryDecided by ICA officer at Changi
Family / Social (LOI-based)Visiting relatives or friendsSingle or multiple entryUsually up to 30 days
96-hour Transit (VFTF)Connecting through ChangiOne-time use, 96 hoursUp to 96 hours, no full visa needed

Stay duration on arrival is set by ICA officers at the point of entry and may be shorter than your visa’s validity period — carry proof of onward travel and sufficient funds regardless of visa type.

How Travel On Call processes your application

We handle the paperwork; you handle the packing.

1

Share your details

Passport scan, travel dates, and purpose of visit — over WhatsApp, call, or our contact page.

2

We review your documents

Our desk checks your bank statements, photo, and Form 14A for gaps before anything is submitted.

3

Application filed as an authorised agent

Your file goes to ICA through the correct authorised channel — never a walk-in or unofficial route.

4

Tracking and updates

We track your application status and flag it immediately if ICA asks for an additional document.

5

e-Visa delivered

Once approved, we send your e-Visa PDF — keep a printed copy for check-in and immigration at Changi.

Mistakes that slow down or sink an application

Most rejections and delays trace back to one of these, all avoidable with a quick document review before submission.

  • ! Outdated bank statements — ICA typically wants the most recent 3 months, not a printout from weeks ago.
  • ! Name mismatches — your name on Form 14A, passport, and flight/hotel bookings must match exactly, including middle names.
  • ! Missing travel bookings — confirmed flights and hotel reservations are expected as part of a genuine travel story.
  • ! Using an unauthorised agent — only ICA-listed authorised agents can legally submit your application; anyone else is a risk.
  • ! Applying too early or too late — most guidance suggests applying around 30 days before travel, not months in advance or at the last minute.
  • ! Skipping the SG Arrival Card — this digital arrival form is separate from your visa and must be filed within 3 days of arrival.

What a Singapore visa costs

The Singapore government sets its own fee, and authorised agents add a separate, fixed service charge on top — the two are billed together but are not the same thing. Government fees can change with official notifications, so always confirm the current figure with our desk before you pay. There is no separate express-processing charge; every authorised agent follows the same processing timeline set by the Singapore High Commission.
Government visa fee— set periodically by the Singapore High Commission/Consulate-General and is non-refundable, whatever the outcome of your application.
Agent service charge— a fixed amount set for all authorised agents in India, added to the government fee.
No hidden add-ons— ask us for a complete, itemised quote before you submit anything.

Frequently asked questions

Do Indian passport holders really need a visa for Singapore?

Yes. All Indian ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Singapore for any purpose — tourism, business, or social visits. There is no visa-on-arrival and no visa-free entry, except for the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility under specific conditions.

Can I apply for a Singapore visa myself, without an agent?

Not from India directly. ICA's online system only accepts submissions from an ICA-authorised visa agent or a Singapore-based citizen/permanent resident using their own ICA login. Walk-in applications at the High Commission or Consulate are not accepted.

How long does processing take?

Standard processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days, excluding the day of submission, weekends, and public holidays. Some applications may take longer if ICA asks for additional documents.

What documents do I need to submit?

A valid passport with 6+ months' validity, a recent passport photo, a completed Form 14A, financial proof such as bank statements, and confirmed flight and hotel bookings. Some applications may also need a cover letter or Letter of Introduction.

How long is a Singapore visa valid for?

First-time applicants usually receive a single-entry visa valid around 30 days. Frequent travellers with a clean history often qualify for multiple-entry visas valid up to 2 years, though the length of each individual stay is still decided by the immigration officer on arrival.

Is the Singapore visa a sticker in my passport?

No. Singapore now issues an electronic visa (e-Visa) as a PDF linked to your passport number. There is no physical stamp or sticker — carry a printed copy for your travel.

What is the SG Arrival Card?

It's a separate, mandatory digital arrival form that every traveller — including Indians — must submit online within 3 days before arriving in Singapore. It is not a substitute for your visa.

What if I'm only transiting through Singapore?

If you hold a valid visa from certain countries such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, or New Zealand, or a Schengen visa, you may qualify for the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility instead of a full Singapore visa.

Why should I use an authorised agent instead of a random online service?

Only ICA-authorised agents can legally submit your application. Using an unauthorised intermediary risks incorrect filings, inflated fees, and no accountability if something goes wrong with your documents.

Can Travel On Call also book my Singapore flights and hotel?

Yes — we handle visa, flight booking, and hotel reservations together, so your travel documents and bookings stay consistent with each other.
